Finding new homes for your beloved bags and accessories has never been easier! At Still in Fashion, we offer a smooth and inspiring platform to sell your pre-loved treasures. Plus, you get the chance to invest in new, amazing pre-loved bags while finding new homes for the ones you no longer use.


Here’s how it works:

Email us pictures of the products you wish to sell. Include images from different angles, showing details inside the bags and accessories, and don’t forget to mention any defects. We will get back to you quickly with a proposal for what we can sell them for.
Once we agree on a price, we will send you a shipping label for a final inspection. Alternatively, if you live in Stockholm, we can schedule an appointment at our office. The exact selling price will be determined after a thorough visual inspection.

The agreed price is what your bag or accessory will be sold for, minus a graduated commission scale (see below).


Payment will be made 14 days after the item has sold.

Product Value SEK 0:- – 9.999:-. Commission Rate 35% (thirty-five percent).
Product Value SEK 10.000:- – 34.999:-. Commission Rate 29%, (twenty-nine percent).
Product Value SEK 35.000:- and over Commission Rate 25%, (twenty-five percent).

Click on the item you wish to purchase. Check out through our bag in the top corner. The price you see on display is the price you pay, exclusive of the postage overseas (p&p free within Sweden). With Klarna you have several flexible payment options – choose to pay later, pay in instalments, pay now, make a bank transfer, or pay by card.

Delivery
Your purchased items are delivered with style! Each item is carefully wrapped in elegant white tissue paper and packed in our exclusive Still in Fashion bags.
For those living in Sweden, shipping is included in the purchase. For orders outside Sweden, shipping costs will be added to the price and paid by the buyer.
We strive to ship your order within 2-4 working days after full payment (within Sweden), depending on the distance to you.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you shop as a private individual, you have the right to return your items within 14 days, provided they are in the same fantastic condition as when they left Still in Fashion.
To initiate a return, a written complaint must be made within 24 hours after you receive the items (a simple email works perfectly). Returns must be sent as a registered mail /signed for mail and reach us within 14 days.


Please note that packages with paid items that are not picked up by the buyer, without a written notification to Still in Fashion, will incur a fee of SEK 1,000:-. This fee covers costs for service, return shipping, potential product loss, and handling.
Remember that no security or other tags should be removed from the product. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to provide you with a fantastic shopping experience.
